Cozad Commercial Real Estate, Ltd. and Cozad Property Management Company were established in April 1987 for the purpose of assisting companies with their commercial/industrial real estate needs and owners with their property management needs. G.T. Cozad, Jr., SIOR, president and founder, was formerly with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate (now CB Richard Ellis) as the top-producing broker in St. Louis and one of the top five in the Midwest in both 1985 and 1986. Cozad Commercial Real Estate was formed with the vision of a full service Real Estate Company for our clients. Four years ago, Cozad joined the CORE Network to help bring more value to our clients.

The CORE Network is an assemblage of some of the most respected Commercial Real Estate Companies from around the country and world.
