Demolition has begun on the much anticipated Sunnen Station Development

SUNCO & COZAD COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE, LTD. HAVE BEGUN DEMOLITION ON THE MUCH ANTICIPATED SUNNEN STATION DEVELOPMENT
Maplewood, MO - Sunco and Cozad Commercial Real Estate have begun demolition on the much anticipated Sunnen Station Development.
Phase I of the 30-acre site will be home to the new Autohaus Mini of St. Louis dealership that will occupy 4.8 visible acres directly off of Hanley Rd. Autohaus' plans include a two-story building of 22,400 SF and 420 parking spaces.
Sunnen's goals for Sunnen Station are to establish a master plan that will allow for future growth, development and adaptability to change in our constantly changing real estate market; as well as promote the lifestyle of the development, including access to transit, greenways and an urban mix of uses as a highly desirable place to work.
Other development plans include a rainwater detention pond, and a new road extension connecting Sunnen Business park directly with Hanley Rd.
Demolition began in December, 2011, and Autohaus Mini of St. Louis dealership is scheduled to be completed by November 2012.
